have very slow internet. It is only 3Mb/s down I don’t know the upload but I do have WiFi. I would like 2 3 outdoor cameras that I can remotely view. Using a system that records and uploads to the cloud 24/7 is not possible because it would use 100% or more of my bandwidth.

This is not as difficult a hurdle though as having to run wires through walls.
